Welcome to the University of Arizona BMC Remedy information page.
What is Remedy?
The BMC Remedy Action Request System is software that is used by various UITS departments to
assist IT support personnel in responding to, tracking of, and resolving of customer requests for information, service outages, and incident problem resolution.
The primary purpose of Remedy is to provide an incident tracking system for support personnel.
If you are an end user of the Remedy system, and have an active Remedy account, you may access Remedy by either a web browser,
or a user client(User client is Windows only)
